We, the nurses and healthcare professionals of Jackson Health System, ask that management institute a fair and equitable uniform policy throughout the system. Employee input should be recognized and all work sites given equal consideration.
I have spent my shifts this week listening to so many coworkers describe the financial burden these current uniform changes place on our families. Management refuses to acknowledge our concerns for now but your continued engagement proves they cannot ignore us forever.

Seeing this level of support from my colleagues across the system gives me so much hope. We have been waiting far too long for leadership to treat our daily work lives with the respect they deserve.

Total nonsense. My unit is freezing and they wont let us wear the layers we need. Fix it.

The uniforms they want us to wear are uncomfortable and way too expensive for what they are. Please listen to the staff for once.

Finally someone is speaking up about this. We are tired of the constant changes without anyone asking us what works for our shifts.
