We the undersigned Pharmacist in the night shift at LA General are requesting that management implement a fair, transparent and equitable process to move to day shift . The process should be by seniority because it values the years of service we have provided to LA General.

Just like LAG nursing, it's fair for new staffs to rotate thru nightshift upon hired so senior staffs can get an opportunity to move to dayshift.

night shift is killing us. seniority should mean something after all these years at LA General. let us have days.
