Final supporters
Tom works for the Tooele County School District as both a Teacher and a Wrestling Coach. He dedicates all of his time to his students and his athletes. At the end of November his world was turned upside down at the hands of the TCSD. It seems the Superintendent does not like him and is trying whatever he can to get rid of him. They have attempted to make accusations against Tom and when they held no validity they try to find something else. All of this is being done behind closed doors and not being addressed appropriately! He has been kept in the dark throughout most of this with only being provided bits and pieces of information. Enough is enough...no more trying to keep this all hush hush like they have been so desperately trying to do! All we are asking is for some fair treatment, some due diligence in investigating rather than a witch hunt! He deserves at the least to not be treated like he is guilty of something without even being apprised of it! He has been forced out of his teaching position already and all he is still asking for is to continue to coach his athletes! There has not been any reason substantiated that should have warranted him to be pushed out of teaching or coaching but here we are! Please sign our petition today so we can have some fair treatment for Coach Evans tomorrow! He would at the very least like to get back to coaching his athletes and they want him back too! We need Coach Evans back as a coach and Teacher within our community. Our young men and women will benefit from him teaching wrestling, but even more so to help them grow as a person and become productive member of society. He can help them realize that they can do hard things.
Scott Roger's is a pompous jerk, that would rather hear himself speak than listen to our educators and us parents of the students.
Tom is one of my biggest supporters whether it was him yelling from the stands at a volleyball game or it was supporting me through a decision i had to make, he has taught me how to be a respectful, kind, loving, and a good influence no matter what. He may not be my biological dad but when people ask me who he is to me he’s my dad. tom does not deserve what is happening to him, he just wants to coach and inspire the wrestlers to strive to not only be better wrestlers but better young adult! i’m proud to be able to call him my dad no matter what!
It is very disturbing to hear of shady methods being used in the school district I have 5 kids in. I can’t trust leadership when I hear about this. Tom is an amazing coach, and teacher. I stand behind him and want some answers from the district.
Tom is a great teacher and coach. He has both taught my kids in class and on the wrestling team. He is one of those coaches that believes in his athletes and they know that he truly does and they start believing in themselves because he believes in them. They want to work hard because they know what he is teaching them will help them improve. In the classroom he cares about his students and that they are learning. He is willing to help them achieve and puts in the extra time to make things work. He is the type of teacher we need in this district.

I have know Tom for several years. My daughters played softball with him and Ali's daughter. Tom has always been very respectful to me and my girls. He is the one that encouraged them to join the girls wrestling team. They loved having him coach them an as their mother I loved that he was not only coaching them on how to wrestle but also life. Our school board is doing Tom and our kids a great disservice!
