Tom has coached 2 of my children and has been the epitome of a true professional. He has 100% of my support and I want him back to be able to coach. He has always treated the athletes with respect and encourages them to do and be their best. Tom is the type of person that cannot be replaced. He has our full respect and support.

Tom is a wonderful human being the fact he is being faced with charges against him is just not right. By signing this petition I hope and pray that there is justice for this man! and that he can return to teaching because if I know one thing he was a damn good teacher and coach. Therefore, to have taken him out of his position like he was is absolutely catastrophic and you’ll soon learn to find that out. With that being said, sign the petition!

You people should research before posting something like this. Tom knows exactly why be was terminated, and there was plenty of evidence. He has also been criminally charged with a felony by Tooele police. Perhaps the more "christlike" thing to do is to support the young victim.

I have know Tom for several years. My daughters played softball with him and Ali's daughter. Tom has always been very respectful to me and my girls. He is the one that encouraged them to join the girls wrestling team. They loved having him coach them an as their mother I loved that he was not only coaching them on how to wrestle but also life. Our school board is doing Tom and our kids a great disservice!

As an athlete coached by Tom I know he deserves so much more and would never disrespect anyone and should be allowed to return to his coaching and teaching positions

We need Coach Evans back as a coach and Teacher within our community. Our young men and women will benefit from him teaching wrestling, but even more so to help them grow as a person and become productive member of society. He can help them realize that they can do hard things.

tom was one of the first people to say hi and welcome me to the wrestling team. he always made me smile and made me feel like i was a part of something for the first time. tom deserves a whole lot. and hes willing to do anythin, even put on a mask for his wrestlers, he says he didnt like wearing masks. <3 love you coach.

Tom is one of my biggest supporters whether it was him yelling from the stands at a volleyball game or it was supporting me through a decision i had to make, he has taught me how to be a respectful, kind, loving, and a good influence no matter what. He may not be my biological dad but when people ask me who he is to me he’s my dad. tom does not deserve what is happening to him, he just wants to coach and inspire the wrestlers to strive to not only be better wrestlers but better young adult! i’m proud to be able to call him my dad no matter what!

I am a wrestler for Tooele high school and have been extremely lucky to have the experience of meeting Coach Evans. Tom has not only shown his moral character but has absolutely changed me and my desicion making for the better! Coach evans has so many great qualities and is truly a man that I aspire to be like and somebody that I look up to greatly. Coach evans constantly shows all of his wrestlers the upmost respect and he really does care about all of us and how we do. It has been so much harder on all of the wrestlers having coach evans gone. Many of us including myself have worked for years and are have tried to improve ourselves and perform at the best of our ability, the difference we as wrestlers have seen is night and day when Tom is there to coach us. The Tooele High wrestling team depends on and needs Tom. We are begging and praying that he will be able to come back.

It is very disturbing to hear of shady methods being used in the school district I have 5 kids in. I can’t trust leadership when I hear about this. Tom is an amazing coach, and teacher. I stand behind him and want some answers from the district.
