All the open spaces are also being used for housing. Where are the parks and playing facilities for the increasing population. We have to travel to Bedford to enjoy these type of facilities, this cannot be right.

We need an infrastructure before more housing. We have a station with no disabled access or toilets. We have two doctors surgeries that are over subscribed. Town and station parking is almost non existent. Schools are not coping with the pupils they have without adding more.

In addition to the many comments on lack of infrastructure, I'd also like to make the point that the latest proposed local plan could see development of over 400 acres of Grade 1 & 2 agricultural land at a time when, post Brexit, we are going to need all the food growing capacity we can get.

We don't have the infrastructure for the huge development already taking place in Biggleswade let alone another further 230 houses. We use the proposed area off Saxon gate as a family for walking with our children and dog, this will therefore impact on us.

I object to more building so close to kings reach.Surely we are entitled to some breathing space for our own and our children's mental and emotional wellbeing.This green space is priceless and we will never get it back.

Stop the over development of our community ,stop developers getting rich at the expense of local people and putting more pressure on a town that is already at breaking point CBC need to look at the other towns in the development plan and stop land grabbing and selling of prime agricultural land.

Looking at the proposed local draft plan Central Beds council might as well DISREGARD the rest of the County and legislate to Concrete and Brick over the whole of the Farming land proposed or not within the A1 and Proposed East-West rail link. As you can see this is rather tounge in cheek, but is it really when a cursory glance at the areas which are proposed show Swaiths of farm land being sold off for housing and employment. At the moment you can cycle down towards Dunton and look across the fields towards Sutton. In the future if all the proposed land is acquired doing the same ride and you could be looking into somebodies rear garden. Is this what the country side could be turning into Please will not go on any further but do not get me started on the lack of any Infrastructure at present or before any development even gets started or finished, then of course there the total destruction of the local natural environment, As you can realise I live in the SG18 postcode I understand there is a housing shortage but can it not be distributed over the whole of Central Bedfordshire, it seems where the council own the most land which can be sold off to developers at a profit which will not reduce council tax bills but go straight into the council coffers to pay for Inflated pensions. So therefore Please take this as an OBJECTION to the Proposed Plan for the SG area i.e. The A1corridor

Outrageous about turn on previous commitment to not develop the other side of Saxon Drive, and subsequently Baden Powell Way (see draft local plan). Roll over for the developers, take prime agricultural land, sell of CBC land for quick profit which does not benefit Biggleswade, overload the schools, the roads, the health services while at the same time subsidising other areas protected from any development in Central Beds. The Leader's recent letter to the press talks protecting about our rural agricultural heritage as does the local plan. perhaps some of the money could go to a museum because there certainly wont be any local agriculture to remember our heritage by. Any new housing does not benefit the local community who need housing. Purely inflating house prices out of reach from locals in favour of London overspill catchment. A fare share of development should go to all areas of Central Beds. Spread the load.
