We, the students of SCAD are asking for a fair price for the resident halls.

We understand the premium mark some of this dorms have in comparison with other schools residences but the increment in the price from Spring 2015 to Fall 2015 does not reflect the reality form living in SCAD resident halls.Just to mention an example, in Oglethorpe residence hall the elevator was broken for the entire quarter and the attempts of fixing the old elevator resulted in evacuations due to the emission of smoke by this old elevator engine. We also would like to mention that living off campus takes some of your scholarship off which for some student mean have to re evaluate their permanence in this formidable institution.
