North Creek residents,

This petition has been made to reach out to our HOA regarding the open season for our pool (soon to be pools). Many of us have voiced our frustration regarding how late in the Spring the pool opens and how early in the Summer it closes.

As we all know, it is swim weather in Texas from approx April until the end of September (sometimes later).

Since we all pay HOA fees that contribute to the maintenance of the pools, our thoughts and opinions should be taken into consideration.

The residents of North Creek ask that our pools open May 1st (at the latest), and close no earlier than September 30th.This seems to be on par with the other pools in Melissa, as well as public pools in the North Texas area.

Please sign the petition, asking our HOA to please consider our wishes in regard to the pool's open season!
