North Creek residents,
This petition has been made to reach out to our HOA regarding the open season for our pool (soon to be pools). Many of us have voiced our frustration regarding how late in the Spring the pool opens and how early in the Summer it closes.
As we all know, it is swim weather in Texas from approx April until the end of September (sometimes later).
Since we all pay HOA fees that contribute to the maintenance of the pools, our thoughts and opinions should be taken into consideration.
The residents of North Creek ask that our pools open May 1st (at the latest), and close no earlier than September 30th.This seems to be on par with the other pools in Melissa, as well as public pools in the North Texas area.
Please sign the petition, asking our HOA to please consider our wishes in regard to the pool's open season!

I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of looking at a vacant, empty pool while the Texas heat makes it impossible to be outside. I am currently compiling your addresses to present a clear list of residents to the HOA board members so they can see exactly who is demanding this change.

Seeing this level of support confirms just how much our neighborhood feels the sting of these short pool seasons. It is clear that we are all tired of staring at empty water when the Texas sun is still beating down on us.

There is no logical reason the pool season is so short. Please extend the season. 3408 Sequoia Lane
3721 redwood circle Melissa tx 75454 we have children that have to go to their dads in the summer and the pool seems to never be open in time and always closes so soon the weather here is nice for much longer than it stayed open we have 9 kids and would love to be able to enjoy the pool !!
Agree, looks need to be open applicable to the temperature of the season. It should cost any more to keep them open longer.
Love the fact that Texas provides long hot summers! Would love to have pool for longer

Please extend the pool season hours. Last year everytime we wanted to swim the pool was closed. Additional time to use a pool we pay fees for would be highly beneficial to everyone.
