All Hernando Beach Canals are designated as NO WAKE/IDLE SPEED and yet these rules are usually violated. There is no enforcement of the rules. This petition would ask that the Hernando County BOCC enforce the existing rules for the safety and welfare of the citizens who live on the canals and those who use the canals for access to the Gulf of Mexico.
