This post does not represent the views and ideals of the Ashley Ridge FFA. The leadership of the FFA and the Feminist Club met yesterday and resolved our issues, however, everyone is entitled to their own opinions and views.
People at the school just need to grow a pair because they need to know it’s life and not get offended easily. Because feminist club went over board on what they did . If they feel as I quote “attacked “ then they shouldn’t be saying all this stuff if they didn’t even show up to the pageant
I am all for equal rights, but the fact that this group of people are getting mad because the school wanted to raise money for something that is very important to our school is just not OK. You are in high school learn to accept that it was just a way to raise money, not to specifically offend anyone.
The feminist club acted out of line in accusing the FFA organization of anything. It was strictly to help raise money not to "discriminate" against anyone. And just bc a few dudes wore those clothes one time doesn't make it unfair for you ladies when y'all don't follow the damn dress code.
The feminists in our country have ruined the reputation of women in America as a whole. The Sufrage-era feminism has devolved into Female Superiority, 21st Century Feminism. I believe this group to be precisely nothing but pissed off millennials who’d probably die without their cell phone, or the largest coffee available at Starbucks. I urge you all to agree to sign this so that our succeeding generation is not destined to follow along with an Entitlement Mentality!

The next generation of kids are so easily offended and no one knows the struggles that our ancestors went through and they probably never said s word about it.
