"There are potential tax benefits for companies that donate food … IRC Section 170(e)(3) Allows C Corporations an enhanced deduction for qualified contributions of food inventory to qualified organizations." We want to change this IRC code (tax refund) and expand from just C corporations (ex. Costco) to everyone when they donate food to food banks.
