As a business and employer, we believe in hair equality and do not seek to participate in hair discrimination. We will not dismiss/reprimand/ or refuse to hire an employee because of natural textured hairstyles including Afros, braids, twists, and locs. We also support the passage of SB 108 in the West Virginia Legislature to end hair discrimination.
