As a business and employer, we believe in hair equality and do not seek to participate in hair discrimination. We will not dismiss/reprimand/ or refuse to hire an employee because of natural textured hairstyles including Afros, braids, twists, and locs. We also support the passage of SB 108 in the West Virginia Legislature to end hair discrimination.

Its 2020 how is this still even a debate?? People should be judged on their skills not their hair. Absolute nonsense.

What's important to me in an employee is their character, work ethic, ability to be responsible and self-managed. The idea of discriminating against hair styles is hideous! Let's be real - West Virginia needs all of the quality workers we can get. Support the crown act and make it easier for people with drive to show up in their full authenticity and contribute to West Virginia's economy.
