I believe I would use them on occasion to get additional exercise. I think having the option is nice for folks.

I don’t understand why the boomers are so against this. Get with the times or get out. Our course now (my ball now voice)

I was told last uear theae were lready purchased. I even tested the first one out. I told everybody about how wonderful it was.
