We, the undersigned would like to see the road quality in our beautiful neighborhood improved. There are not enough drains and we no longer have curbs as the roads have been repaved. We are concerned that if the road condition doesn't improve that our property values will go down. There is also a safety issue with the water that collects which becomes unsightly and hazardous when in freezes.
