in order to resolve the parking congestion on McKinley, Tredwell and Roosevelt Avenue, the following resolution is proposed:

"No Parking" signs would be installed on either McKinley / Tredwell or Roosevelt av., eliminating parking from "Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6 pm EXCEPT for residents and on Holidays" . All residents will receive a parking decal to place on their car windshield (for all their cars) designating such vehicles as "resident vehicles". Anyone parking on designated locations WITHOUT a decal will be ticked. This will allow residents to place their cars on the street, and visitors plus family members could park in the driveways.

This will place the burden on the nursing home to properly deal with their parking situation, and not pass such burdens onto the residents surrounding the nursing home. Please go to the link below to see the proposed locations of the "NO PARKING" signs:
