Neighbors, please sign this petition so that we may change the current parking laws for our community. Specifically, we are looking to change the parking laws in the areas where parking is allowed to, to "No Parking from 12:00AM - 6:00AM"
Over the last year or so, we've seen a significant uptick in cars parked overnight and with that, a rise in trash left behind in the area (see above pictures). There have also been empty marijuana bags as well as "blunt guts" found through out the neighborhood.
In addition to the above, some of the cars parking on the street are not just left overnight, but have been parking in the same place for weeks on end. The rise in cars parked on the street has increased traffic congestion that has led to dangerous traffic conditions, plus impedes the normal ebb and flow of the neighborhood when combined with the Davenport Neck residential and beach traffic. This leads us to believe that changing this parking rule would only help to preserve the traffic safety integrity of our community.
We have garnered the necessary support with the city to change this law. The last piece in getting it done is showing the city, via petition, that the majority of Sans Souci Homeowners want this changed.
Feel free to call me with any questions, concerns, comments or suggestions.

I won't put the video up, as I used foul language( text me if you'd like to see it) But there was a kid literally racing around the ovals in a while dodge and caused me to swerve and wind up on someone's lawn. My self and another neighbor, followed this kid, which was tough becuase of how fast he was going, boxed him and tried to questioned him on what the hell was he thinking. The music was so loud he had trouble hearing me yelling to turn it off. He said someone stole his phone driving a red Merurey from the West end and saw them drive here - which is BS because I saw him make the right on to Kensington from Davenport and there was no red car. I know this isn't the first time we've had speedy driver issues, Maybe we can talk about adding speed bumps. Rob 914-482-2888
