Ask City of Columbia City Council to approve a neighborhood-wide speed limit of 25mph and to approve the addition of four-way stop signs at the following intersections:

•Park Street at Darlington Street

•Lyles Street at Darlington Street

•Columbia Avenue at Union Street

•Gadsden Street at Northwood Street
