Dublin Family Chiropractic has applied to Anthem's Managed Care Network but has been denied access. We, the patients of Dublin Family Chiropractic, and employees of Verizon Wireless are undergoing an insurance change starting January 1, 2010 and Dublin Family Chiropractic will no longer be able to provide us with the care that we demand. This petition is an effort for Dublin Family Chiropractic to be credentialed as "In-Network" with Anthem's Managed Care Network so that we may continue with our chiropractic and physical/massage therapy treatments without incurring the fees of high deductibles and/or out of network co-insurance fees. Please allow Dr. Jamie L. Berringer and Dublin Family Chiropractic to be credentialed with Anthem's Managed Care Network.
