Dublin Family Chiropractic has applied to Anthem's Managed Care Network but has been denied access. We, the patients of Dublin Family Chiropractic, and current Anthem (or Blue Cross/Blue Shield) Insurance policyholders are requesting that Dublin Family Chiropractic be added as "In-Netowrk" to the Managed Care Network and therefore be able to provide us with the care that we demand. Many of us are current patients of Dublin Family Chiropractic, but due to high deductibles for "Out-of-Network" providers, our care is limited to only a few visits per year. If this office were added as "In-Network", our insurance benefits would be better utilized, reducing pain, increasing immunity, and improving our overall health.
