A drunk driver who killed a Father and Daughter, leaving the surviving Mother to look after her wheelchair bound and paralysed Daughter, destroying a family of four. He will only serve 8 months in prison, less time that it took for the Police to put this case together and bring it to Court. The Law could have put this man away for TEN years on each count of death.
