On February 15th 2010 our son Daniel Thomas Evans was killed in an RTA on the A548 Sealand Road aged just 18 years.
The driver of the car 18 year old Jack Hughes admitted causing Death by careless driving and was sentenced to just 100 hours community service and a 12 month driving ban.
We are therefore campaigning for the guidelines to be changed so that when this does happen again no family will have to go through what we have been put through.

My heart breaks for your family. This kind of sentence is just a slap in the face to victims.
Too many people getting off easy for killing others on the road. Change the laws now.
Total madness. How can taking someone's life result in just a community service order? Needs to change immediately.
Something has to change. You cant just hand out a slap on the wrist for this. Ridiculous.
100 hours service for a life? That is absolutely disgusting. The justice system here is a joke.
