Teenagers of Ashtabula County took the time to put together a contest at their local skate park as well as live performances of local bands following. This event was set to take place at 12:00 on August 9th 2009. However the city manager I'm assuming based on what little information I have as of now from bob denied this just today! However, considering the amount of feedback from individuals attending and the planning put on to get this to work I feel there is no reason why this should not succeed. Please sign this =]
