This peteion is for the right for skateboarder, skaters, and BMX riders to have a chance to ride some where and have fun. The novi parks and rec. center is suppose to have recreation type of things for all people. I belive that they do not include a non profit skatepark for people. I also believe that skaters and bikers have a bad rep. because of a couple of people that give us a bad rep. The skateboarders in novi have true potential but we have no place to show this and fix this bad rep. This skatepark does not have to be big just a fun place for bikers and skaters to hangout and have fun. I also think that this will help by keeping the skaters and bikers in a place that allows us to ride, because alot of the time we have to ride places where we are not even aloud to and this is what gives us the bad rep. All that i ask the novi rec center is build a skatepark indoor or outdoor that can give us a place to ride and have fun.
