We the community of Clermont Northeastern (CNE) submit this petition for the lawful redress of grievances.
Whereas, CNE public school board and district leadership, in submission to Governor Dewine and his tyrannical arm, the Clermont Health Department, has mandated all school children seeking in-person education to be masked throughout the school day for protection from Covid 19, although this virus has a proven high recovery rate, without regard to personal liberty, religious belief, or health.
Therefore, we the people of CNE public school district formally request CNE public School Board to refuse to be agents of the state of emergency farce, uphold our constitution, and refuse Governor Dewine’s heavy overreach into our community, our schools and our families by refusing to submit to the unlawful mask mandate.

The government should NEVER tell us how to raise our children. Wearing a mask or not should be the parent’s choice!
Low risk for children. Unsafe to wear all day. Hinders learning. Should be our choice.
My children are old enough to have a voice. They hate the masks and was a big debate on if they wanted to go back to school because they do not want to wear them!
And we do not trust them. The numbers say there is a 99.95% survival. My kids are not wearing a mask for that.
As a mother of a typical child and a child with special needs refuse to make them wear mask. My typical child can if he wants, my special needs has sensory issues and does not understand.
It’s unsafe for our children to be wearing masks all day at school
The American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital Association disagrees with all of you.

Number One and most important OUR CHOICE Number two- Numerous Studies show (some studies that are Pre-Covid) that prolonged mask wearing is harmful. Side Effects include..... ~ headaches/migraines -blurred vision -increased anxiety -increased fatigue -increased irritability And could lead to.... A weakened Immune System
