We the community of Clermont Northeastern (CNE) submit this petition for the lawful redress of grievances.



Whereas, CNE public school board and district leadership, in submission to Governor Dewine and his tyrannical arm, the Clermont Health Department, has mandated all school children seeking in-person education to be masked throughout the school day for protection from Covid 19, although this virus has a proven high recovery rate, without regard to personal liberty, religious belief, or health.



Therefore, we the people of CNE public school district formally request CNE public School Board to refuse to be agents of the state of emergency farce, uphold our constitution, and refuse Governor Dewine’s heavy overreach into our community, our schools and our families by refusing to submit to the unlawful mask mandate.
