We, the community of Fayetteville-Perry School District, submit this petition for the lawful redress of grievances.
Whereas, Fayetteville-Perry School board and district leadership, in submission to Governor Dewine and his tyrannical arm, the Brown Health Department, has mandated all school children seeking in-person education to be masked throughout the school day for protection from Covid 19 (although this virus has a proven high recovery rate) without regard to personal liberty, religious belief, or health.
Therefore, we the people of Fayetteville-Perry public school district formally request Fayetteville-Perry School Board and leadership to refuse to be agents of the state of emergency farce, uphold our constitution, and refuse Governor Dewine’s heavy overreach into our community, our schools and our families by refusing to submit to the unlawful mask mandate.

ive been reading through all the stories people are leaving in the comments and it is clear we are all feeling the same frustration about these mandates. the school board is still not listening but they cannot ignore us forever because we are all tired of our kids being treated this way.

im honestly blown away by how many people are stepping up for our kids. it feels like the community is finally waking up to what weve been saying all along.

It has now been addressed by doctors and dentists alike that wearing a mask is detrimental to one’s health in many different areas. Immune system’s are strengthened not by living in a glass bubble. It is also been proven that it is better for children to be exposed at earlier age than adults as with any other virus. Wearing masks not only is harmful to our health it is compromising our immune systems and our children’s immune systems. Each individual/parent should be able to make the choice for what is best for their children. Our children are our responsibility not the government’s. Wake up America!
My son comes home with a headache every single day because of this. Enough is enough let them breathe!
I truly believe masks are much more UNHEALTHY than practicing good hygiene of washing hands and LIVING LIFE normally!
You also have a choice of homeschooling.. there’s your freedom of choice. Yay USA RESTORED
Lol the fact you all think wearing a mask strips any signs of freedom whatsoever is mind boggling. It’s a piece of cloth.. not a microchip.

The masks are ridiculous if they have to wear it all they should just close school down
