This significant pay cut is a slap in the face at a time when we have all been working so hard and whilst unions have been campaigning for pay rises due to our contribution. We were not informed about this pay cut before we changed trusts. It makes any messages of thanks from the MFT trust ring very hollow.
It is unacceptable to cut our pay, with no consultation, at a time when we are all going above and beyond in physically and emotionally diffficult working conditions.

The momentum behind this petition is proving that the bosses at Manchester NHS Foundation Trust cannot simply silence us with empty praise. We are building the pressure needed to force them to answer for these shameful cuts to our pay.

This is a massive kick in the teeth to the hard working nurses who transferred to a new trust , supposedly with the same terms and conditions ???
I’m sure they were hoping we’d just put up with it as we’re too tired and stressed to object at the moment
Do not cut their pay
We work so much and with full Ppe and unable to drink
Cut pay after they worked so hard and put there own lives at risk during the Covid pandemic. Scandals.
This is an absolute disgrace - reducing pay to say thank you people for your hard work!!!
We deserve our pay to NOT be cut! We’re not asking for more, just to be paid what we always have been, and what we fully deserve.
