Seeing all this movement on the page is honestly wild because I kept thinking maybe I was just shouting into the void alone. It means so much to know that people recognize how unfair this pay gap is and that there is actually a collective push happening now which is something I definitely doubted when I first started typing this out.

Total joke. We are frontline staff effectively and should be paid fairly for the work we do. SORT IT OUT.
This is just not fair. We do the exact same training and work as everyone else down south. Why should we be out of pocket?
Equal pay for equal work. Simple as that really. Dont know why this is even a debate.
So much for national consistency. Feel like we are getting a raw deal here compare to England trainees.
3k is alot of money when you are just starting out. Really disappointing turn of events.

Ridiculous. How are people supposed to live on that? Especially with the cost of living these days.
