The council finally backed down and confirmed our signs can stay. My hands are still shaking from the relief of this, but I wanted to thank you for sticking with me through the grind of this fight.

The council has not replied to our formal inquiries yet despite the growing pressure from this petition. It is exhausting to fight for something as basic as helping customers find our doors but we are not walking away from these jobs.

Would they rather you moved to a different council area with a more prominent position, stopping paying their business rates and stopping your customers from wondering Clydebank spending money as they wait for their cars?! Common sense fail, public sector eejits.
I saw the old signs, they were falling to bits and had been sitting in a dilapidated state. The New sign is nice and clear and now they want to remove it. It's crazy!!
The council should be encouraging and supporting local businesses to attract customers. It was not easy the first time i ever went to A-for Audi., but i am glad I did.
The estate is not easy to find or the actual business. The council should be actively encouraging local businesses to do whatever they can to grow trade. We are not talking signage on A listed buildings but an industrial estate so leave this signage in
we also have the same problem with signage it's a disgrace that the it's ok for the council to advertise but how are business's going to survive in todays current climate if we can not advertise

I can't believe that the council are even thinking of removing the sign when there are numerous dirty old ones next to it which look terrible.. Also Andy employs 16 local people plus uses other businesses ( such as the car wash in clyde bank) bringing in revenue so to remove the sign, especially in this economic climate is ridiculous!
