Reaching this level of support shows that people truly value the heart of our town. This fight has been exhausting but knowing so many of you agree on the importance of these traders keeps me going.

Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody is getting distracted by a chalkboard. Leave our local businesses alone.
Stop picking on the little guys. Never seen anyone trip over a board yet. Total nonsense.
The council has no idea how hard it is to run a shop in this town. These boards bring people in. Let them be.
Helston is dead enough already without this. You want shops to stay open or not?
My shop depends on that foot traffic. Please reconsider this silly rule we are struggling enough as it is.

If the council keeps making life harder for us, there will be nothing left but charity shops. Wake up.
