We are asking for support of our proposed legislative bill requesting that middle and high schools present a domestic violence/family violence battery education as a part of the curriculum, as well as calling for all offenders of Georgia code 16-5-23.1 be required to register when convicted of a felony.
We seek to eradicated domestic violence/family violence battery, through education. We also seek to inform the public of persons who have been convicted of a felony in accordance with Georgia code 16-5-23.1.

This legislation is truly needed to help build awareness, financial assistance and gain support for victims as well as providing guidance for those transitioning out of a domestic violence environment. Please join the cause by signing this petition.
