This petition is clearly to make an Offender of Domestic Violence Crimes liable to make Restitution to their State\'s Crime Victims Compensation Program, for all the monies paid to and on behalf of the Victim to relocate, counseling, loss of wages, lack of support and other services that are offered and available to the Victim. This petition is to make it a Mandatory Law for Domestic Violence Offenders. Domestic Violence is the #1 killer in the US, and it is on the up rise. We need to send a message to the Offenders and make him/her liable for the Mental and Emotional harm done to the Victim, not just the Criminal (physical) side of their act against someone, someone meaning Women, Children and Men. The main problem is no one wants to act on it until it is to late. They should pay the TOTAL price for their crime. I am a recent Victim of Domestic Violence and I am a Recovering Survivor.
