I have been reading through the heartfelt stories you all are sharing about why this bill matters to your own families. This movement is growing because we refuse to let another generation navigate the trauma of dating violence in silence. I am currently working to coordinate a meeting with legislative staff to explain exactly why this curriculum must be a reality in our schools.

Seeing this momentum grow brings back so many memories of the fear I felt when I needed this education the most. I am overwhelmed knowing so many of you believe our students deserve a safer path forward than the one I traveled.

ABOUT TIME!! Dating violence is real and schools are totally ignoring it.
This is so needed. I wish someone had taught me this stuff in middle school because I definitely would have known when to leave.
Education is the only way to stop this cycle. good luck with the bill.
My daughter starts middle school next year and this makes me nervous. Please pass this bill!
Finally some real talk about healthy relationships. Kids need to learn boundaries early.

Too many kids are suffering in silence with this stuff. Get it in the curriculum ASAP!
