There is a policy in place currently at Darran park, which allows your dog to be off the lead as long as they are under control. I feel that no dog is under control while off a lead. We have small children in the park and lots of wildlife, which dogs regularly upset. Other park in the area have a lead only policy, and I feel we should too.
