Hello fellow NICS parents. Many of you received an email from the NICS Board stating that Mrs. Dianna Renz will no longer be our principal and is on Administrative Leave effective immediately. The moment I read this email I was sickened. Not only has our family felt strongly that the Lord brought Dianna to our school but we see her as a strong, effective, godly and integrous leader.
The purpose of this particular survey is to let the board know where the parents of NICS stand on their decision. My question to you is 'Do you want Mrs. Renz as the principal at North Idaho Christian School?' If your answer is yes, then please sign your name on this petition and send the link to anyone you know from NICS.
I will be taking this survey Monday morning at 8am where we are gathering as many parents as possible to insist that the board meet with us and give us some answers as to why they have made this decision when we believe that the vast majority of parents want Mrs. Renz as our principal.

Mrs. Renz has had such an amazing impact on me during my last two school years. Not only has she shown never ending kindness to everyone but she has set an amazing example of God given leadership and how to use it wisely. I believe that God brought Mrs.Renz to our school for a reason and that should not be disregarded.
I am signing this because parents have the right to know why this decision was made. Leaving us in the dark is wrong. As parents, we trust the board to handle things with transparency. Instead, the board has caused undue speculation while preaching at us about not questioning their decisions. This demonstrates their instability as the board.
That is unfortunate to hear Matthew. All of our interactions with Mrs. Renz have been filled with incredible grace. We have been in her office a few times with one of our children and things were handled with grace, wisdom and strong leadership.
Yes! I believe strongly the Lord brought Dianna Renz to NICS for the long run! We have 5 children all at NICS who love Jesus, love Mrs Renz and love volleyball. The boards shocking decision is devastating to them and a blow to this whole community.
I have been nothing, but impressed with Mrs. Renz and her vision for the school. I realize there might be more going on that I am aware of, so I think we deserve to know what happened. None of it makes sense to us right now and not having transparency makes things even worse.

Mrs Renz is the only principal I would allow Teegan to attend as a student under. If she leaves the school Teegan will not be going to school at NICS anymore.
