As residents of Ratlou, we have been wondering why we are not considered because we always see people that residing from other regions benefiting from our local municipality instead of us. It's a good thing something like is been brought by someone, we are currently out north west because we job hunting somewhere else back home you'll never get any job opportunity unless you have someone from inside who can put a good word for you. A typical example: i was hired via "huduwa huduwa" of ID ko kgosing ya Rra Mokoto, they hired people who were not even at the meeting.
