To Whom It May Concern,
We, the residents of Quill, are writing to express our serious concerns regarding the lack of security measures in our parking garage. Over the past few months, there have been numerous reports—dozens in fact—of car break-ins, theft, and other security incidents. Despite multiple complaints, it is apparent that CWS has taken minimal to no action to ensure our safety and protect our property.
One of the most troubling issues is the lack of consistent and effective security patrols. The current security patrol is inadequate, as they rarely, if ever, make rounds through the parking garage. Their presence has become more of a formality than a genuine measure of protection, leaving the area highly vulnerable to criminal activity. As a result, residents live in a constant state of unease, fearing the safety of their vehicles and personal belongings.
This recurring pattern of crime and inadequate response has led to widespread discontent among residents. Many of us are actively choosing not to renew our leases, and several others have voiced that they would not recommend this community to others. This situation not only impacts the reputation of Quill but also reflects poorly on CWS’s commitment to resident well-being.
Therefore, we are calling on CWS Property Management to take immediate, tangible steps to address these pressing security issues. These should include, but are not limited to:
1. Increased security patrols specifically dedicated to the parking garage.
2. Installation of high-quality surveillance cameras throughout the garage.
3. Improved lighting and signage to deter potential criminal activity.
4. Implementation of controlled access points to the garage to monitor entry and exit.
We, the undersigned, demand swift action to ensure the safety and security of all residents and their property. Continued negligence on this matter will not only lead to further resident turnover but also a significant deterioration in the community’s reputation.

my car got broken into twice in three months. seriously unacceptable when we pay so much in rent every month. do your job.
