I have been reading through the stories you are sharing about the outages and it is clear that we have all been struggling with the same frustration for too long. I am currently working on gathering these experiences to present them directly to the people in charge because your experiences are what really carry the weight here.

I have left Mweb due to Vumatel ineduquete ability to maintain their SLA. Yet we are not afforded the leniency when services have not been consistent enough. We need another provider
As Leopard's Rest resident I’m beyond flabbergasted by VUMATEL incompetence and poor service that we receive. We are not treated fairly as customers.
There is always an issue with their infrastructure. Every second month there's some maintenance. Restoration times are either not mentioned or delayed.
We should be given more options not just 1 infrastructure where we are being charged high prices
Vumatel services has been horrible. We know connections get lost sometime. But taking weeks and days to solve an issue is just unacceptable because we incur cost for transport and data when we are not connect.Phansi Vumatel phansi

I am fed up with the constant disconnections, I am paying for WiFi but have to also buy data because of the internet blackouts.
