The increase in support has moved this request into the formal review category at the regional office. I am currently drafting a letter to the technical department to schedule a site inspection. Further updates will follow once I receive a response from their management team.

With the current situation at hand (CoVID-19) I think it’s time the network in Otjomuise 3, at the community lifestyle complex gets to be upgraded because kids are required to do e-learning and parents are working from home so having a better network will really save everyone . It doesn’t help having people buy data or minutes for nothing .. Moreover , it makes people dissatisfied and moving out will be the only option for some, which is really not necessary as the place is nice
The Network is really poor. One can miss out on life opportunities because at times those reaching by calling can't get through.
Network is an issue and endangering our life especially if you have to call ambulance or police.
The network is really bad I feel like we live in a village away from civilization. I have to literally walk out of my house to find good reception when I get a call.
We need a good connection to enable us to conduct business and the data connection puts us at a big disadvantage to Windhoek based business
We really suffering as if we not living in the city.

Mtc your network is very poor and unbearable. One has to move up and down just to get better network reception and most times phone calls sound like an old farm radio!
