Speaking on behalf of the residents of the Amesbury community, we believe that the Home Owner's Association Fee of $292 per month does not justify what's provided by the association in our community. There have been many concerns in our community that have been communicated to Vintage Group, yet there has been no solutions to these problems. Some of the concerns include dumpster material issues, dog park cleaning, plants and watering system malfunction, DRHorton "For Sale" signs that haven't been taken down, security cameras that only cover gates and don't cover fence leading to trespassing issues, and most importantly for safety: entry/exit gates always malfunctioning and open.

Seriously tired of paying so much when the gate is broken half the time. It is a total safety joke and Vintage Group does nothing.
