Dear PLDT,
We are tired of paying a premium for the worst internet connection and the most atrocious customer service. We have had enough with your inability to provide us an internet connection that should justify the high cost of your products and your lack of empathy and competence to provide actual customer service to your customers. We call for lower prices that are equal to the low quality of service you provide if you are unable to improve your services. Either provide better service or give us our money back! All you have been doing is steal our money under the guise of providing internet service and lying to customers calling you out on this your BS.

We hope you take action on our cries for service deserving of the amount we are paying.
