I am truly overwhelmed by the response to this issue because I honestly thought I was the only one dealing with these connection problems. This momentum belongs entirely to you for speaking up and showing that we deserve better service than what we have been receiving.

ALMOST EVERY NIGHT IT DISCONNECTS. I pay my bill on time every single month but getting decent speed is like pulling teeth. fix this now.
my net has been down 3 days straight and the hotline keeps telling me to restart the modem. so sick of this service.

Smart Bro's ads are a lie. Smart does not live up to their contracts. They slow down acess depending on the cell phone traffic at any given time and if they detect you are trying to download a large update, they slow it down even further!
