Six years ago, my wife lost a portion of her breast due to a serious medical condition. She had to have a partial mastectomy. She had an appointment with a plastic surgeon 2 weeks ago after learning that insurance companies a required to pay for breast reconstruction. Two days ago, her insurance company denied her surgery. My wife was extremely upset by this news. I petition against the denial for breast reconstruction and surgery for Davalyn Howard from her insurance company, PA Access. I petition for her appeal to rule in her favor and to cover medical costs associated with her surgery and recovery.
