This is completely heartless. Insurance companies care way more about money than actual human lives. Fix this now.
Western Health Advantage needs to do the right thing and approve this surgery immediately. Such a disgrace.

How can they sleep at night? Just let the poor girl have her surgery. My heart goes out to the Schilling family.
