I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum building in our neighborhood. This progress belongs entirely to the residents who chose to step up for our community.

HOA money is for maintenance period. quit making excuses and just fix the perimeter.
DONE. hope we get that 90% because waiting on this is getting old.
The fence looks terrible and it brings down the whole neighborhood value. They need to fix this asap.
my section of the fence is literally falling over into the yard. its a safety hazard at this point.
This is ridiculous. Cypress Mill needs to stay looking nice and these old fences are an eyesore.

Seriously? We pay enough dues every month for them to do absolutely nothing. Fix the boards.
