Sick of high data charges and ridiculous MB limits??? Me too!
Since Cable & Wireless introduced their Internet Packages many years ago there has been only one increase that I can remember - 10% more MBs. Apparently C&W employees have the benefit of SIGNIFICANTLY better packages at cheaper rates, why can't we have these deals?? After all C&W is a monopoly, Falkland Island people have little choice but use their service. Our Councillors say they will tackle C&W, Dr Doyle is commissioned for various reports however nothing EVER really changes.
Off peak hour usage is not suitable for children, the elderly or anybody who has to get up for work!
Most people I know are having to pay additional high fees for exceeding their usage, some paying silly money that amounts to a significant chunk of their wage! With modern hi-tech goods all requiring Internet upgrades and the quality of websites improving with high quality media I believe our Internet usage is going to become worse unless things change.
Something needs to be done and at the minimum we should have double our mB's or equal packages to those working for Cable & Wireless!
Please sign this petition if you are not happy with the current service and agree we need better value Broadband service and packages - C&W DOUBLE OUR MB's!!!!
