Mr. Mayor, please do what you can to help the downtown residents to mitigate the CSX train noise in whatever way is appropriate.  Downtown is growing at a steady pace.  It would be a shame to see the progress you have made be jeopardized by intolerable noise from the CSX train.  Please help us to find ways to mitigate this problem.
