By signing this petition, you support and demand a response to CSCCC’s letter to the Chickasha City Municipal Government demanding the following things:

• Recognition that the climate crisis is caused by human activity and is an immediate threat to our society.
• Creation and implementation of policies that encourage renewable energy industries in Grady County.
• Creation and implementation of policies that hold oil companies accountable for the environmental damage that they perpetrate, and that funds generated from these policies be used directly for the benefit of people who are affected by said environmental degradation.

CSCCC plans to deliver this petition to every member of Chickasha city council, as well as the city manager and the mayor.
