It is time for the Washoe County Board of Commisioners to stop the delays & approve Single Stream Recycling for the county. We, the signers of this petition in the Cold Springs Valley, are tired of waiting and request this decision be made asap. All stats show that recycling increases exponentially when single stream collection is implemented.
