I am still reading through the messages you all have sent about your experiences at the club and it breaks my heart to see how many people were affected by this. I have been putting together a formal summary of these stories to finally present to the management because your experiences are proof that this is a real problem. Please know that I never could have put this much pressure on them without you.

Disgusting experience. Wont be renewing my membership.
Totally unacceptable. We paid good money for a Sunday lunch and got food poisoning instead. Clean up your kitchen!
the management just ignores everyone. so arrogant. fix the kitchen standards before someone gets really hurt
My whole family was sick for two days after eating there. Never going back to this place again.
Gross. 300 people is way too many to serve bad food to. Someone needs to be held accountable.
