Munchies MLK has been visited by the local health department multiple times yet the owner does not comply. Guidelines on food preparation and storage are used to assure products are at there best for consumption. Instead, spoiled food is being surved to the public. Food handling is not the only problem. The restrooms are out of order and flood at times along with other plumbing in the building causing the building to be a toxic hazard. The roof leaks in multiple places, one area being over the fryer which drips and sometimes even pours down into it. This is a request to have Munchies MLK closed until the restaurant is able to operate appropriately.
