We, the undersigned, residents of Côte Saint-Luc, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, and users of the Côte Saint-Luc Shopping Centre, draw the attention of the Côte Saint-Luc City Council and of First Capital Realty to the following: that we are opposed to a “drive-thru” McDonald’s restaurant in the parking lot of the Côte Saint-Luc Shopping Centre, as it would cause: . Safety problems for senior citizens who have trouble getting around . Traffic and parking problems . Noise and pollution problems (idling car engines, litter, smells) therefore, the petitioners request the Côte Saint-Luc City Council and First Capital Realty to: reconsider their decision and that the McDonald’s restaurant be inside the Côte Saint-Luc Shopping Centre.
